This immutable package contains 23 reviewed discovery routes across 10 required world regions and 13 language codes.

Start with `manifest.json`, verify every byte count and SHA-256 value, then inspect `registry.json`. The two schemas define the registry and individual source records. `provenance.json` binds the package to its research and generator inputs.

Discovery is not evidence. Regional representation is not country completeness. A reachable or official route is not proof that a claim is true, current, exhaustive, legally applicable or reusable. No package-level reuse licence is asserted; source-level rights remain with their owners.
