Privacy notice: company directory
Who processes which data in the company directory of the country pages, why, and what rights you have.

Purpose
A public directory for each EU country: which websites tell an AI assistant who the company is.
Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest: to show publicly which companies make the details they publish themselves readable for machines. A company is named only if it meets both criteria; nothing negative is said about any company.
Data
Company name, town, sector, domain, measurement result and date. Only limited companies and cooperatives whose legal form is part of their name, with no more than three locations. This data can be personal data if the company name or domain identifies a person.
Why no individual notice
We inform through this page because a message to every single company would involve disproportionate effort (Art. 14(5)(b) GDPR). We do not write to the companies listed.
Sources
OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL) and the company’s public website: schema.org data and robots.txt. All sources are publicly accessible.
Recipients
The public and our hosting provider. Data is also processed in the United Kingdom, covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision.
Retention
Until a new measurement no longer confirms the criterion, at most 12 months after the measurement date, or until removal.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure and restriction (Art. 15 to 18 GDPR). You can complain to a data protection authority (Art. 77), for example in your country or the CNPD in Portugal. There is no automated decision with legal effect (Art. 22).
Objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
You can object to being listed at any time. Send the domain to consulting@metatron.marketing. We remove it within 72 hours, never list it again and reply within one month at the latest.
