What the signal ledger shows How to read this page

Timestamped observations, not predictions

Each entry states what was seen, when, and against which threshold. Nothing here forecasts, and nothing here carries an invented probability.

The four states

Observed means the pre-set line was crossed with a dated source. Emerging means movement without the line. Contested means credible evidence both ways. Not observed means the line held — which is published, not hidden.

Counter-evidence travels with the finding

Every signal carries what it does not establish, in the same type size as the finding itself.

Current-state workbench · 42 bounded reviews

Compare signals without flattening them.

Select up to four reviews and inspect observation, threshold, counter-indicator, update criterion and primary routes side by side. No state is converted into a probability.

    Comparison is not ranking.

The workbench preserves incompatible objects and evidence boundaries. It does not imply equal scale, causality, chronology beyond each observation date, or a historical time series.
